スマートフォンを活用した、非接触型の電子パスポート形式です。

Fixed-price (subscription) electronic passports for the winter season of 2023 will be on sale.
The passport, a contactless electronic pass using a smartphone,
offers you admissions to tourist spots,
nature experience activities unique to Hokkaido, restaurants, and hot springs.
